Riyadh - Mubasher: Hussam Abdulrahman Al Khayal submitted his resignation from his position as the CEO of SABB Takaful Company on 17 October 2022 due to personal reasons.

Following the board’s approval, the resignation has come into effect on 18 October 2022, according to a recent bourse filing.

Last July, the company named Mohammed Alshayea and Yasser Albarrak as the board’s Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.

At the end of September 2022, SABB Takaful signed an agreement with Al Olayan Group at a total value of SAR 17.31 million for general insurance programmes.
